The Bar Preparation Attendant is a back‑of‑house, non‑guest‑facing role responsible for supporting daily bar operations by ensuring all beverage ingredients are prepped, organized, and stocked to standard. This position focuses on the accurate preparation of bar syrups, fresh juices, produce, and batched cocktails, as well as receiving and organizing beverage deliveries. The Bar Production Attendant plays a key role in maintaining quality, consistency, and readiness for service.

• Receive, verify, and stock all bar‑related deliveries (liquor, wine, beer, produce, dry goods, etc.).
• Prepare and bottle all bar syrups, juices, and cocktail batches according to standardized recipes.
• Wash, cut, and prep all bar garnishes, fruits, herbs, and other ingredients needed for daily service.
• Ensure all batches, juices, and syrups are labeled, dated, and rotated following safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain accurate par levels and communicate shortages or needs to managers and purchasing.
• Follow detailed recipes with precision to maintain consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all bar prep and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while meeting preparation timelines.
• Support the bar team with any additional prep or back‑of‑house tasks as required.

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
