• Work closely with the GM to hire the right people, those who align with Tacodeli expectations of hospitality
• Engage in meaningful conversations with team members.

• Assist in covering shifts as needed to fill vacancies.
• Serve as a liaison between FOH and Kitchen team, partner with Kitchen Manager.
• Assist with troubleshooting facility problems. Know who to contact and when to reach out.
• Schedule, supervise, and inspect repairs and maintenance to ensure they are completed appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Lead by example and hold teams accountable for excellence in quality, consistency of execution, speed of service, cleanliness, maintenance, and Guest service.
• Hold the team accountable to proper sanitation standards and reinforce good practices.

• Starting pay - $58,700
