Prepare food according to recipe specifications and ensure the daily culinary operations meet quality standards;
Maintain high quality of ingredients and uphold cleanliness and food safety standards during busy periods;
Set up workstation with required mise en place and supplies; inspect tools and equipment for proper condition and sanitation;
Assist in plating Banquet meals and coordinate with Sous Chef to ensure optimal service;
Contribute to minimizing waste and controlling forecasted food costs
