We are seeking an Experienced Server to join our team! The Server is the heart of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our guests' dining experience. You will build rapport with guests, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and beverages. Our goal is to provide unparalleled, world class experience for every guest that dines with us.
The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, eager to learn, and has fantastic attention to detail driven by passion for hospitality!
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Answer questions about the menu and preparation
- Create unparalleled, world class dining experiences
- Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
- Check with guests periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
- Provide guests with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- TABC and Food Handlers REQUIRED upon hire
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years experience in casual/fine dining restaurants or cocktail bars
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, etc.
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Experience with Toast POS
$2.13/hour + tips
