Bartender, Alteno PT

Grow with us. We are looking for an affable, creative, and accommodating Bartender with the chops to win multiple mixology awards and the exuberance to provide guests a memorable, mood‑lifting experience.

• Craft classic and creative alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with customers to ensure a memorable experience.

• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and make recommendations.
• Create a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
• Continuously innovate and introduce new drink creations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, engaging in friendly conversation and understanding their preferences.
• Efficiently and accurately take orders, prepare them promptly and serve with attention to detail and presentation.
• Ensure all orders comply with company standards and customer requests.
• Demonstrate extensive understanding of classic and contemporary mixology.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, sanitize glassware, utensils and tools.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including handling and storage of ingredients.
• Follow company policies, schedules, dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and maintain proper food product sanitation.
• Perform cash handling and payment tendering procedures.
• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards or injuries and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Adhere to all federal and state guidelines and liquor regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and professional appearance.

• Prior bartending experience.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication.
• Organized and proficient at multitasking.
• Reliable team player willing to learn and adapt.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Food handling certification (obtainable during employment).
• Flexibility to meet demands of a 24‑hour operation, including holidays and weekends.
