Fairmont Austin is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our luxury hotel kitchen team. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will lead a team, supervise daily production, and ensure the highest quality and consistency across all service levels.
You will maintain Kitchen standards, train colleagues, coordinate with Chefs on duty, and contribute to menu development. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment at a premier Austin property.
