Proof of the Pudding in Austin is seeking Prep Cooks for seasonal, part-time event work at Circuit of the Americas. You will set up and sanitize stations, follow prep lists, measure ingredients, and assist chefs during game days and events.
Applicants should have 1+ year of kitchen experience, prefer catering background, and be able to work flexible event schedules. Living within 25 miles of the venue and Serv Safe certification or willingness to train are preferred.
