• Craft classic and creative alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, engaging with customers to ensure a memorable experience.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the full food and drink menu and provide recommendations.
• Create a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
• Innovate and introduce new drink creations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, engaging in friendly, professional conversation, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Take drink orders efficiently and accurately, prepare them promptly, and serve with attention to detail and presentation.
• Ensure all orders comply with company standards and customer requests.
• Demonstrate an extensive understanding of classic and contemporary mixology, including spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and new techniques within the industry.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, sanitizing glassware, utensils, and tools.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Uphold company policies, schedules, dress code, and attendance guidelines.
• Perform opening side work, set up the station, and participate in training sessions, department meetings, and shift meetings.
• Execute closing procedures and follow high standards of food, sanitation, storage, and handling.
• Provide guest checks promptly and return receipts.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked service and table areas.
• Practice highest safety standards in all areas and with all materials.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Embed the 1 Hotels Vision, Mission, and Compass; deliver on Our Promise, provide good‑hearted service, and uphold our brand pillars.

• Prior bartending experience.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable team player willing to learn and adapt.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Food handling certification (obtainable during employment).
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation, including holidays and weekends.
• Knowledge of state and federal liquor regulations.
• Strong safety, security, and sanitation awareness.
• Ability to store flammable materials properly and report hazards.
