We’re looking for a Shift Leader to join our team and help lead daily restaurant operations across our Round Rock, Arbor, Lakeline, and Brodie locations
. As a Shift Leader, you’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth service, delivering exceptional hospitality, and supporting a strong, high‑performing team.

In this role, you’ll lead and support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house team members, maintain food quality and safety standards, and help ensure an efficient and welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll also have the opportunity to coach and develop employees, address customer concerns, and work alongside management to improve overall restaurant performance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and supervise restaurant employees, providing guidance, support, and real‑time feedback
  • Assign team members to appropriate stations and help maintain an efficient workflow throughout each shift
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming experience for every guest
  • Drive sales through thoughtful upselling, suggestive selling, and knowledge of menu offerings
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained

    Enforce standard operating procedures for food handling, storage, sanitation, and overall food safety
  • Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily goals, specials, promotions, and operational priorities to the team
  • Monitor service flow, ticket accuracy, order completion, and overall guest experience
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and maintain consistent service standards
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Complete opening and closing responsibilities, including cash reconciliation and shift reporting, as needed
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock levels, and ordering when required
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to help build a strong restaurant team
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies that improve restaurant operations and overall performance
Job Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment , including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
  • Proven ability to provide excellent hospitality and customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food service, and standard operating procedures
  • Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members
