We are currently hiring full- and part-time Servers to join our team.

• Accurately take food and beverage orders, considering special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Possess in-depth menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and refill beverages.
• Suggest additional items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest’s experience and increase sales.
• Present and process guest checks, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Keep the dining area clean, well-organized, and reset tables for the next guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and fellow servers to ensure smooth coordination of service.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the restaurant’s menu and offerings.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with other staff members.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges.
• Physical stamina to stand, move for extended periods, and lift trays with food and drinks.
• Accuracy in order-taking and attention to details like table settings and cleanliness.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address guest concerns effectively.

• Experience is preferred but not required: we are open to training and teaching all required technical skills.
• High Character, good attitude, and a positive team-orientated mindset are essential.

• Hourly Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour (rates depend on store monthly covers).
• Non-Tipping Environment:
  We operate as a non-tipping restaurant.
• Full-Time: 30-40 hours a week
• Part-Time: 10-30 hours a week
• A minimum of 2 shifts per week is required to maintain a position at Tancho.
