The Kitchen Sanitation Agent is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the flight kitchen to support safe and efficient catering operations. This role ensures all dishes, utensils, and catering equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for operational use in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. The Kitchen Sanitation Agent plays a critical role in upholding food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and overall operational readiness.

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dishes, utensils, and catering equipment in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Sort and organize equipment and materials based on operational and production requirements
• Ensure all equipment is properly handled, stored, and available for use
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety guidelines
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout the shift
• Support overall kitchen operations to ensure readiness of catering equipment and materials
• Perform any additional duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and refrigerated areas
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use required PPE
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, including TSA and Customs requirements
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
