JOB SUMMARY
- Greet and serve guests promptly.
- Share knowledge of daily specials and make recommendations from the menu.
- Ensure accurate food and beverage orders and provide attentive table service.
- Quality inspect plating for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery to guests.
- Ensure prompt table turns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Complete side work and station work daily.
- Participate in pre and post shift huddles, ensuring smooth service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in upscale casual, table service restaurant.
- Previous experience with large parties and VIP experiences.
- Experience with POS.
- Individual performer who also enjoys working as a TEAM!
