Bar Back/Runner

Assisting bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage service and support guests while maintaining bar operations.

• Set up and break down bar area, arrange bottles, glassware, and bar tools.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory (liquor, mixers, garnishes, other supplies).
• Prepare garnishes such as citrus wedges, olives, herbs according to recipes.
• Monitor and manage ice supply, keep bins filled and machines functional.
• Support bartenders during service: fetch and carry items, clear empty glasses and bottles, assist guest requests.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies; report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents.
• Maintain personal appearance and uniform standards; keep proprietary information confidential.
• Uphold brand values and deliver Good‑Natured Service.

• Prior barback experience.
• Organized, multitasking, reliable team player.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Food‑handling certification (or ability to obtain during employment).
• Flexible to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation; willing to work holidays and weekends.
