The role involves cleaning, preparing and cooking according to planned menus and ensuring fresh, hot meals are served on time. Requirements include proven experience with cooking and hygiene, familiarity with European cuisine and baking bread, a high level of responsibility, stress resistance, a flexible attitude, and food planning skills.
Required certificates:
Ship's Cook License and valid STCW.
