The Assistant Manager plays a key role in bringing the Via 313 experience to life, leading with hospitality, supporting the team in all of our food trailers, and helping drive service, sales, and profitability.

This is a hands-on leadership role. Assistant Managers actively work alongside the team in daily operations, including kitchen execution, while supporting the entire management team in running successful food trailers. You’ll coach, motivate, and develop team members while continuing to grow your own skills as a leader. We run on a crew of 15 - 25 committed team members, with 2 - 8 people scheduled on each shift per trailer, depending on the day of the week.

You will have fun as you rotate between the 3 trailers and 1 food truck we have operating :) (Star Bar, St Elmo's Brewery, Armadillo Den, and Mercer St Taproom)

• Lead shifts with a strong focus on hospitality, quality, and speed of service
• Support daily restaurant operations across all food trailers
• Coach, train, and develop team members through hands‑on leadership
• Help meet service, sales, and cost goals

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Via 313 in the restaurant and local community
