Responsibilities- Cash Wrap:
Greeting customers with a warm smile, offering your name, reading cues to determine needs, capturing contact information where permitted by law, maintaining POS accuracy, keeping the wrap organized and clean, suggesting add‑ons and selling gift cards, complying with Coach policy, and providing a lasting impression. - Stockroom / Warehouse:
Receiving shipments and transfers, notifying Store Management of new product, scanning cartons, verifying store information, communicating discrepancies, processing transfers according to Coach standards, organizing and cleaning daily (including remote warehouses), managing stock levels and product ownership, conducting cycle counts, participating in physical inventory counts, and maintaining loss prevention standards. - Sales Floor:
Analyzing replenishment needs, restocking zones, executing visual merchandising, supporting floor activities, communicating price points and product availability, responding to customer requests confidently, partnering with the sales team or Store Management, and upholding housekeeping standards.
- 1–3 years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock experience, sales, etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet).
- Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, maneuver the sales floor and stock room, lift and carry up to 25 pounds (and occasionally 50 pounds).
- Flexible schedule—including nights, weekends, holidays, and high traffic sales days (including Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.).

Base pay range: $15 to $18 per hour.
