We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and engaging with a variety of merchandise.

The role offers hourly wages plus commission based on productivity, with potential earnings up to 8% commission on transactions.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and maintain the sales floor.
• Handle sales and loan transactions, cash, and negotiable items.
• Communicate legal aspects of transactions effectively.
• Partner with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation, multitasking ability, basic math skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.
