Fulfillment, Customer Service, Social Media - Fashion Brand

Era is a womenswear lifestyle & fashion brand.

This is a part-time role based in Austin Texas (South Lamar) for a Fulfillment & Customer Service & Social Media role at a fashion brand.

The role involves but not limited to:

• managing daily operations such as processing and packing orders
• assisting customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• maintaining accurate records of inventory
• steaming garments, lifting boxes (no more than 45 lbs)
• posting for social media
• responding to customer inquiries from social media

We are looking for someone who is interested in women's fashion and has some experience in customer service. This role may evolve into a full time position. Must be able to work in the US and can work at least 3 days a week / we are flexible with hours.

• Experience in Packing and managing order fulfillment processes
• Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer concerns
• Detail Oriented
• Experience with Shopify is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
