As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and keeping the store “guest ready” through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, love working with your team, and represent our company values by bringing your real self to work every day.

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store always represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and acting with leadership.
• Help the Merchandising Team Leader maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store always looks fresh.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team, keeping the merchandising team’s #1 priority the guest experience.
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, implement shrink‑reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong organizational, attention‑to‑detail, priority‑setting, and time‑management skills.
• Can work early morning, late evening, and weekends.
• Bring experience in retail merchandising and visual skills, with a history of retail work.
