Job Overview

Convenience Store Merchandiser position at Merchandising Services Company in Austin, TX.

Merchandising Services Company’s vision is to be the premier merchandising company in the US, respected for our innovative planning and execution. We are looking for Convenience Store Merchandisers
. Starting pay $17.00 per hour with pay increases and advancement opportunities available. Approximately 8 weeks of travel per year. Daytime hours, up to 40 hours per week with possibility of overtime and early access to earned wages through the Paycor wallet. Must be able to travel with company provided hotels. Travel pay and per diem offered when traveling.

• Utilize a Plan-O-Gram to complete merchandising of existing in-store products.
• Tag, move, and/or rearrange existing in-store products on shelves, bins, inside coolers, or other areas of the store.
• Work in a convenience store setting under direction of MSCO management.

• Must be able to travel, including overnight hotel stays, potential weekend stays, sometimes out of state.
• At least 18 years old, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, Real r's license.
• High school diploma/GED and equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to read planograms.
• Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures as defined in company handbook.
• Merchandising experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

On your feet for extended periods; bend; stoop; reach; stand; carry product with light to moderate lifting; tolerate colder conditions inside beverage coolers.
