DescriptionThe Team Member role is responsible for bringing SKIMS to life for our customers. You foster a positive environment while delivering an exceptional store experience. You are customer‑focused, enjoy serving others, and are passionate about our product. Your goal is to have a positive impact on someone’s time in our store and be a champion of our mission and values.
Responsibilities- Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
- Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit so you can confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
- Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel.
- Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
- Leverage our company tools, resources, and the support of your team.
- Be flexible and step into different zones of the store as needed.
- Be curious and ask questions. Take feedback seriously.
- Bring energy and intention to every shift.
- Hold yourself to a high standard of excellence.
- Communicate openly and professionally, listen actively, and contribute to a team culture built on support and trust.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
- Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
- Must be able to stand, remain physically active, move around all areas of the store, and be accessible to customers for 100% of the shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly.
