. We are a Family oriented, well-established organization seeking an experienced Team Member to join our rapidly growing Team!
Car Wash Team Members are experts in creating positive Guest experiences through service, providing insights, and maintaining a clean and comfortable guest vehicle and store.
Full and Part Time Openings Available. Must be able to work various shifts.
Primary Responsibilities- Greet guests with a smile as they enter the location.
- Collect and process cash, credit and digital payments using the store point of sale system. Assist guests with questions or price discrepancies.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, connecting with each and every customer.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to promote store specials and loyalty programs, boost store sales, and increase guest satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate transactions and accurate sales at the end of the shift.
- Apply various types of cleaners to the vehicles and monitor car wash equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store policies. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for our team and guests.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth shift operations. Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Act with integrity and honesty, promoting the culture and values of our Company.
- Follow all Company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Maintain a clean and polished appearance and appropriate uniform attire.
- Supports management with daily, operational tasks. Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Promote team-work and ethics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers or scanners.
- Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change and give refunds.
- Able to learn company’s products, services, and policies quickly.
- Honest, Respectful, Trustworthy and Loyal.
- Able to lift 25 pounds and traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
- Prolonged periods of standing required.
