Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors and maintain a safe and secure store;
Assist in training and development of Shortage Control Associates;
Conduct store audits, monitor point of sale transactions, and promote Asset Protection programs;
Engage with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas to promote strong customer service and control;
Coordinate with local law enforcement and support evidence gathering for theft incidents
