As Investment Watches continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated Junior Watchmaker to join our Austin team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain experience working on luxury Swiss timepieces in a professional and high‑performance environment.

What You’ll Do- Assist with servicing, repairs, and maintenance of luxury timepieces
- Support senior watchmakers with diagnostics, testing, and movement work
- Perform bracelet sizing, adjustments, and basic repairs
- Help with polishing, refinishing, and cosmetic restoration work
- Conduct quality control checks and timing tests
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized workshop environment
- Learn brand standards, technical procedures, and service best practices
- Support authentication and operational workflows as needed
- Strong interest in horology and luxury watches
- Highly detail‑oriented with steady hands and strong focus
- Eager to learn and develop technical skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Able to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and accountable
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Formal watchmaker education, apprenticeship, or current enrollment preferred
- 1–3 years of experience working with watches is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Experience with polishing, refinishing, or basic servicing is an advantage
- Passion for luxury watches and craftsmanship is essential
