As Investment Watches continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated Junior Watchmaker to join our Austin team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain experience working on luxury Swiss timepieces in a professional and high‑performance environment.

We specialize in sourcing, authenticating, servicing, and trading some of the most exclusive watches in the world, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin, and other prestigious brands.

• Assist with servicing, repairs, and maintenance of luxury timepieces
• Support senior watchmakers with diagnostics, testing, and movement work
• Perform bracelet sizing, adjustments, and basic repairs
• Help with polishing, refinishing, and cosmetic restoration work
• Conduct quality control checks and timing tests
• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized workshop environment
• Learn brand standards, technical procedures, and service best practices
• Support authentication and operational workflows as needed

• Strong interest in horology and luxury watches
• Highly detail‑oriented with steady hands and strong focus
• Eager to learn and develop technical skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Able to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and accountable
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

• Formal watchmaker education, apprenticeship, or current enrollment preferred
• 1–3 years of experience working with watches is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
• Experience with polishing, refinishing, or basic servicing is an advantage
• Passion for luxury watches and craftsmanship is essential
