Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure safety.;
Provide courteous customer service while identifying suspicious behavior and communicating with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize shortages and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.;
Monitor compliance with safety procedures and Code 50 package inspection policies; ensure safe egress and remove clutter as needed.;
Represent the Ross brand professionally and uphold company policies and security directives.
