About the role

Tecovas is passionate about offering an incredible customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike! As a Sales Associate, you will support the store leadership team through the cultivation of a store environment that caters to an unmatched customer experience. You will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor – greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, and overall shopkeeping.

• Support a sales-driven environment that delivers genuine customer experience and exceptional service standards.
• Deliver high-quality product services with attention to detail – such as branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines – to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Assist the store team with receiving shipment and preparing products for floor placement.
• Plan for, track, and communicate all in‑transit shipment information to the leadership team.
• Maintain an efficient and well‑organized stockroom ensuring accessibility to employees.
• Assist in and/or lead the restock process to maintain store stock levels.
• Demonstrate loss‑prevention awareness through assisting in cycle counts and transfers.
• Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge.
• Assist in the maintenance of building facilities.

• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

• High School Diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel to organize and stock inventory.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location.
• Must be available to work 15–20 hours per week.
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), evenings, and holidays as needed.

The hourly rate for this position is $20/hr, with additional incentives based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
