As a Beauty Advisor
, you’ll be the face of Sephora—welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things beauty. You’ll provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to help clients feel confident and empowered.

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by providing tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
• Demonstrate product expertise and share knowledge to educate and empower clients.
• Stay ahead of beauty trends and techniques to offer relevant advice.
• Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, supporting inventory and merchandising.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to create a safe, secure shopping experience.

• Must meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays).
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

• Previous experience providing excellent customer service in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative, goal‑oriented, inclusive environment.
• Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Hourly rate $19.80 – $22.90, based on qualifications and experience.
