General Description

The Beauty Lead provides a personalized shopping experience to customers, selling beauty products and leveraging product knowledge as well as the Connect, Inspire, Engage service model. Priority is driving sales and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining consistency in general operations.

• Proactively engage customers, determine needs, and help them make purchasing decisions by sharing product knowledge, offering mini services and application techniques, and suggesting additional products.
• Drive personal performance and prioritize meeting and exceeding productivity standards, metrics, and sales goals.
• Promote loyalty through excellent service and by advancing Find More, Gift Card, Rewards and Credit Programs, as well as cross‑sell opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns by listening professionally, providing options, solutions, and next steps.
• Handle point‑of‑sale checkout processes: sales, returns, exchanges, line management, re‑ticketing, and processing returns.
• Facilitate beauty department promotions and events, assist leaders to ensure standards and goals are met.
• Consistently meet established performance standards including product sales and customer service, ensuring productivity standards are met or exceeded.

• Replenish products from received shipments, stockrooms and understock, maintaining core standards and managing product testers.
• Conduct sales floor recovery to keep the environment organized, clean, and hygienic in line with core standards.
• Prepare for inventory processes such as cycle counts, stock ledger updates, RFID scans, and annual inventory.
• Assist the operations team with pricing, signing, and merchandising to standards.
• Help onboard and cross‑train store associates on beauty procedures and processes; participate in ongoing training and skill development.
