Responsibilities
- Fully immerse yourself in the Pandora brand and culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Coach, manage and inspire a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
- Drive sales and exceed store and individual sales goals, building genuine connections with fans.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments, showcasing product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Coach and empower team members, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to achieve KPI goals.
- Develop loyal fans through authentic engagement and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Build and maintain a network, and source the best talent for Pandora’s seasonal and core hiring needs.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to resolve performance issues and enforce policy.
- Implement visual merchandising, operational processes and continuous talent development, ensuring timely execution.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Results‑oriented leader with 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, demonstrating care in interactions.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking with a focus on delivering positive results.
- Talent magnet: skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; expertise in succession planning and internal mobility.
- Proficient with general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems.
- Minimum age 18; able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Job requires nights, weekends and holidays, standing extended periods and lifting 50 lb or more; must arrive on time.

$68,600.00 – $85,000.00 commensurate with experience; includes base salary plus bonus and access to a 401(k) plan.
