Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering an elevated client experience and acting as a brand ambassador on the sales floor. Drive sales and client engagement through relationship management, events, and adherence to retail excellence standards. Manage transactions and after-sales service including consignments, returns, and product repairs.

• Provide exceptional client service and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPI goals
• Generate and maintain client relationships through outreach, follow-ups, and events
• Capture client data and support business-driving initiatives, contests, and events
• Process consignments, returns, exchanges and handle product repairs
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, peers, and management

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques
• Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email
• Strong multitasking, communication, and relationship-building skills
