Venture Sports Ebikes is a growing electric bike dealership serving the Austin and Round Rock area. We carry leading ebike brands including Aventon and Velotric and help riders find the perfect bike for commuting, recreation, fitness, and adventure.

We're looking for a friendly, dependable bicycle enthusiast who enjoys talking with customers and wants to be part of a growing business.

Whether you've worked in a bike shop before, worked in outdoor retail, or you're simply passionate about cycling, we encourage you to apply.

• Help customers choose the right ebike and accessories
• Conduct test rides and product demonstrations
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• Assemble and prepare bikes for sale
• Install accessories and perform basic bike adjustments
• Process online orders and assist with shipping
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support local events and community rides

• Passion for bicycles, cycling, outdoor recreation, or ebikes
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Comfortable learning new products and technology
• Ability to lift and move bicycles up to 80 pounds
• Weekend availability is preferred

• Previous bike shop experience
• Bicycle mechanic experience
• Retail sales experience
• Shopify or ecommerce experience
• Photography, video, or social media experience
• Experience with Aventon, Velotric, Trek, Specialized, Giant, Rad Power, or other bicycle brands

• $20-$28 per hour depending on experience

We're a locally owned business with a passion for cycling and helping people ride more. This isn't a big-box retail job. You'll work directly with customers, learn about the latest ebikes, and play an important role in helping grow a successful independent bike shop.
