Position:
Retail Field Sales Manager with 2020 Companies in partnership with Samsung Electronics America

This evergreen/pipeline role will be a brand advocate for Samsung, responsible for driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conducting product training to build product knowledge, and improving shoppers' purchase journey to drive sell‑out results across multiple retail channels.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement
• Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity and ensure timely store visits across multiple channel locations
• Follow established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professionalism during interactions with retail partners
• Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel, reduce time on the road, and enhance coverage of assigned territories
• Serve as an expert on all Samsung mobile products and the ecosystem, demonstrating key features and benefits to customers effectively
• Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, letter mark guidelines, and visual presentation requirements
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive unit sell‑out through planning, execution, continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives, provide support, and collaborate on mutual goals
• Drive the execution of field initiatives through daily store visits, ensuring alignment with multiple channel locations and strategic priorities

• Exceptional self‑motivation, able to work independently and meet expectations without daily supervision
• Proven track record of taking initiative, managing time effectively, delivering results autonomously
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behaviors
• Ability to adjust and pivot in a dynamic environment, demonstrating mental and business agility
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and influence retail employees and engage customers
• Professional image and demeanor, aligning with Samsung’s values and representing the brand image

• 4+ years of experience in multi‑unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays
• High School Diploma or equivalent, 4+ years of directly related experience;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing or related field
• Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage
• Daily travel required, may include overnight stays; must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5‑mile radius of the outermost store
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems

• Hourly pay of $27.00
• Full‑time, Tuesday‑Saturday retail store hours
