• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with team members and be flexible to the needs of the business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of floor, back‑room operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products according to established standards.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Maintain operational excellence; ensure quality and date control standards for meat products; secure fragile merchandise; eliminate waste; ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Advocate for the department and the club, modeling high‑quality service and products; execute basics at the highest possible level of quality.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Prioritize work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities and recommend improvement opportunities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00*; the actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wages.
