Auto Zone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs play a key leadership role, expected to live the pledge and deliver WOW! customer service while executing store operations with excellence.

As a Parts Sales Manager you will drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional WOW! customer service experience.

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.
• Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly.

• Leadership:
  Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification.
