As the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at Pandora, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting the Store Manager and driving sales.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of results‑oriented leadership experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, capable of delivering positive results.
  • Excellent time‑management skills, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
  • Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift over 50 lbs, and arrive on time.
  • Desire to embrace adventure and growth within the company.
Compensation & Benefits

$20.10 per hour - $25.10 per hour, commensurate with experience.
