Summary

The Style Advisor engages customers on the sales floor, offering personalized styling and product guidance. They educate clients on fit, construction, and styling of ready-to-wear and custom-made garments while working to achieve personal and store sales metrics. The role also involves building long-term client relationships and maintaining store presentation and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop product knowledge and selling skills
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales goals and metrics
• Build client loyalty through personalized service and relationship development
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation and adhere to visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
