Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule: Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.
Role2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include installing and updating sales‑floor fixtures and endcaps, performing build‑outs and set‑up repairs, following planograms and client‑specific directives, and maintaining strong communication with store‑level teams.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to field services management and keep availability current.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete required forms and surveys before leaving each job site.
- Maintain displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations or team installations of 2+ people and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful operation of related tasks.
- Assist team members and contribute to overall success.
- Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early mornings.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Strong communication skills via phone, text, email, and smartphone usage for clock‑in/out and data upload.
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance; reliable transportation.
- Flexibility:
Monday–Friday, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights as needed. - Maintain minimum 20 hours of field work within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Pay: $16.50 per hour.
- Next‑day pay with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
