Position Summary

Agile Retail is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Team Leader / Market Coach to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Product Specialists across multiple venues within your assigned region, ensuring successful execution of sales initiatives and brand programs. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong operational discipline, a passion for coaching teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.

You will play a critical role in driving sales performance, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Product Specialists across multiple locations to achieve high performance and engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and create development plans to support employee growth.
  • Deliver in‑field coaching, shadowing, and training to strengthen sales execution and customer interaction skills.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and results‑oriented team culture.
Scheduling & Workforce Management
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Product Specialist schedules.
  • Provide in‑field support during absences, emergency schedule changes, or coverage gaps.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
Venue & Program Oversight
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess event setups, promotions, and overall operational standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and company operating standards.
  • Maintain consistent execution of brand programs across all assigned locations.
Performance Management & Reporting
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Respond to daily live reporting through field visits, coaching, or direct communication with team members.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, program progress, and operational challenges.
  • Use performance data to refine strategies and maximize results.
Operations & Inventory Management
  • Manage Product Specialist uniforms, presenter kits, and inventory levels.
  • Provide real‑time support through internal communication channels, including help chats and team communications.
  • Ensure all tools, materials, and resources are available for successful field execution.
Brand Representation
  • Serve as a professional representative of Agile Retail and our client partners.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, premium customer interactions, and excellence in execution.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in event management, promotions, sales, retail operations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of prior leadership or people management experience.
  • Legally eligible to work in age‑restricted retail environments.
  • Successfully complete all required compliance training.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple locations preferred.
  • Strong background in consumer engagement, sales promotions, and large‑scale event execution.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and maximizing resources.
  • Reliable source of transportation.
  • Willingness to travel 90% within assigned territory.
  • Successfully complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prior experience in a regulated industry highly preferred.
