Mobilelink is the largest National Cricket dealer with over 500 stores across the United States. The Retail Store Manager (RSM) is responsible for the overall sales and operations of the location they are assigned to oversee. Successful RSMs will lead their team and drive success across all levels of performance, delivering strong sales achievement, exceptional customer service, high operational standards, and inventory management.

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in‑store.
• Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel and always deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist personnel in understanding the compensation plan and ensuring they know how to maximise sales.
• Partner with the District Manager and other parties to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are properly trained on new products and promotions so they can sell with confidence.
• Assist departments such as Human Resources and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Assist on the sales floor to coach and develop store personnel.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to back‑office compliance, processes, policies, and documentation.
• Respond to all communications in a timely manner and complete required training promptly.
• Protect assets at all times.

Employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless. Participation is a condition of employment and may involve engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Proficiency with personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation within a 30‑minute radius of the home store when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
