Part Time Core Sales Associate

We are seeking a Part‑Time Core Sales Associate to be the ultimate Pandora fan, delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

The core staff provide consistent support in a smooth and efficient store environment.

• All other duties as assigned.

• At least one year of experience in a high‑performance sales environment.
• Demonstrated care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Minimum age 18, with proof of eligible work status.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Capacity to work up to 12 hours in base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability required for peak hours or critical shifts.
• Interest in bonus potential, 401(k) plan, service credit, and product discounts.

Pay range: $14.10 per hour – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
