Toys, Toys"R"Us, Babies"R"Us, Disney Store Limited-Time Shops, Attic Salt, Wonder World, , LANG and other global brands. We are the world's largest operator of holiday pop-up stores, operating hundreds of locations in malls, outlets, shopping centers, and lifestyle centers across the United States.

We are seeking a Regional Director to join our team. This position reports directly to the EVP of Retail and will work closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals. The role requires daily communication with the EVP of Retail and cross-functional collaboration to support the overall business by ensuring all reports and sales data is executed efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong passion for retail sales, drive to grow sales, organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a positive, can-do attitude with a good sense of humor.

The Regional Director is responsible for operational performance, sales results, and talent development across an assigned geographic territory spanning multiple store formats — Employee-Managed stores, Operator-Run stores, GO stores, TRU stores, and Disney stores (where applicable). Store locations and formats will be assigned by the EVP of Retail Sales. This role requires the agility to flex leadership style by format: driving results and building Teams directly in Employee-Managed locations, while serving as a trusted business partner, brand guardian, and problem-solver for independent Operators.

The Regional Director ensures brand standards, drives profitability, mentors store leadership to maximize performance and customer satisfaction, and is the face and voice of Go! Retail Group in the field.

Essential Functions:

  • Store Operations – All Formats
  • Oversees and manages multiple retail locations across assigned store formats within the territory.
  • Ensures brand standards for service, merchandising, graphics presentation, and cleanliness are met across every format, including licensor-specific requirements for GO, TRU, Disney, and other brands as assigned.
  • Drives profitability across all stores and stays informed of all sales promotions, ensuring proper execution and communicating results with suggestions for improvement.
  • Develops and monitors performance and sales goals and KPIs by store and format, driving accountability to those goals.
  • Oversees the successful opening, relocation, transformation, and closing of stores within the territory, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with corporate partners.
  • Stabilizes underperforming locations, leading performance improvement efforts to protect brand standards and business results.
  • Ensures all locations adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and legal/state requirements.
  • Champions strong customer relationships and experience across the territory.
  • Analyzes regional performance data — sales, payroll, shrink, and KPIs — to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and builds action plans to address them.
  • Partners cross-functionally with merchandising, visual, loss prevention, HR, and licensing teams to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities within the territory.
  • Employee-Managed Stores
  • Owns full operational and budget responsibility for sales and payroll in all Employee-Managed stores.
  • Recruits, hires, trains, and, when necessary, terminates store managers and key store-level Team members.
  • Directly manages store managers, providing leadership, training, and direction.
  • Coaches store managers through individualized career and personal development plans, and holds leaders accountable while maintaining a supportive and fair approach.
  • Recruits, coaches, and develops leadership talent for future assignments and succession planning.
  • Directly drives sales results, labor management, and operational execution store by store.
  • Operator-Run Stores
  • Conducts regular store visits and audits to confirm Operator-run locations are meeting brand, merchandising, and customer experience standards.
