Retail Sales Associate
Responsibilities- Create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
- Guide customers through their shopping experience
- Help keep the store clean, neat, and organized
- Assist with upselling, climbing ladders, and selling shoes
- 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
- Fun and outgoing personality
- Fashion and shoe enthusiast; into latest trends
- Flexible, passionate, and humble
- Strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable talking to everyone
- Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus
