Summary
The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. This temporary role assists management with opening and closing procedures, visual standards, inventory control and daily store maintenance. The advisor contributes to achieving store goals and enforcing operational and sustainability policies.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures and act as keyholder
- Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory and loss prevention efforts
- Assist management with day-to-day store operations and staff communication
- Implement visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Oversee store maintenance, fixtures and supplies, and handle customer complaints appropriately
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a selling role
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness, business acumen and a strategic approach to developing the business
