Role: Responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting operational standards. May be cross-trained to assist in multiple store areas to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Model excellent customer service practices and foster a positive store culture
- Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs
- Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
- Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety efforts
- Support loss prevention and store shrink reduction initiatives
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Flexible to support business needs and respond to changing situations
- Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
- Effective teamwork and adaptability; retail experience preferred
