Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and implement projects with the District Manager, resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate the assembly of product displays per plan-o-gram and merchandising standards.
- Lead temporary staff and third-party merchandisers at retail locations.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and communicate effectively with the District Manager.
- Handle paperwork, reports, and expense management within budgets.
- Stay informed on products, operations, and customer account details.
- Travel frequently within the district, involving walking, standing, bending, climbing, and lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of retail merchandising experience.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Ability to work off plan-o-grams efficiently.
- Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a safe driving record.
- Willingness to travel 80-90%, including overnight stays, and lift up to 50 pounds.
