Job Description

As the E-commerce Coordinator at Erica Wilson Inc, you will manage the daily upkeep and merchandising of the Shopify storefront. You will ensure the digital experience is polished and accurate by managing product uploads, resolving UX issues, and aligning with the marketing team to execute seasonal launches and promotional campaigns effectively.

What You Will Do
  • Execute daily site merchandising and maintenance, ensuring all product listings, images, and descriptions are accurate, seasonal, and visually polished on Shopify.
  • Perform rigorous quality control to identify and resolve typos, broken links, and image issues to maintain a high-quality user experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to coordinate seasonal product drops, promotional calendars, and inventory availability across the site.
The ideal candidate
  • Possesses over 3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, including product uploads, collection merchandising, and site content updates.
  • Demonstrates an extreme attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing website errors before they impact the customer.
  • Operates as a self-motivated professional who thrives in a part-time, remote environment and possesses an interest in fashion, lifestyle, or textile crafts.
