Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests; respond to guest questions/concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously; assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests of promotions; recommend additional items as appropriate;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding, training, and compliance training for store associates;
Schedule store associates to ensure proper coverage and adherence to scheduling guidelines;
Perform store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise, and ensure accurate POS transactions and bank deposits
