The Retail District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple store locations within an assigned district. This role includes leading and coaching store management teams, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring consistent execution of merchandising, visual standards, and store presentation. The District Manager will review key performance indicators, drive customer-focused initiatives, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and store profitability.

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve staffing and scheduling support, training and development of store leaders, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards. This role collaborates closely with corporate leadership to roll out new programs, uphold brand standards, and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment across all stores.

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey expectations clearly and provide constructive feedback across multiple locations.
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with experience implementing initiatives that improve the in-store experience and build loyalty.
• Demonstrated Team Management and leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and developing store managers and teams.
• Solid Sales skills and retail acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing KPIs in a multi-store environment.
• Experience in multi-unit retail management or district/area management, preferably in fashion or specialty retail.
• Ability to analyze data, develop action plans, and execute strategies to improve performance across diverse store formats.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, travel within the district, and work a flexible retail schedule as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
