Part-Time Operations Intern

Sierra Madre Golf is a recreational women’s apparel brand that’s built for golf and ready for anything. Our apparel is thoughtfully designed, technical where it counts, and easy to wear. Our mission is to ensure that women are never an afterthought; we focus solely on products that make women feel confident on the course and effortlessly cool always. Sierra Madre was founded in 2020, launched in 2022 and has been featured in 100+ articles including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Golf Digest, Tribeza, and many more.

Sierra Madre Golf is looking for a smart, reliable, roll-up-your-sleeves team member to join us as a Part-Time Operations Intern. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real operational experience inside a consumer brand. As a small and growing company, every team member plays a meaningful role in our success. You will work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO and gain firsthand exposure to inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, event execution, and the operational systems that support an apparel business.

• Support day-to-day operational functions across the business
• Maintain organized warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Fulfill customer orders with precision and care, ensuring timely and accurate shipment
• Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and quality control
• Prepare materials and inventory for product launches and activations
• Assist with local brand events, pop-ups, and photoshoots as needed

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Professional, proactive, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• A current student or recent graduate (preferred)
• Interest in fashion, golf, or startups is a plus
