Summary
Seasonal Team Members provide exceptional client service during the holiday season, representing the brand and creating memorable experiences. They support sales and operations on the sales floor, performing POS functions, gift wrapping, and hospitality duties.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients, delivering attentive and personalized service
- Support POS transactions, box and wrap purchases, and replenish gifting supplies
- Assist with engraving, manage floor waiting lists, and maintain hospitality areas
- Help with inventory, special projects, and communicate service issues to management
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and authorization to work in the United States
